- Every job is a new permit at one address — address, scope, value, permit number. The record names a licensed contractor or no one; Anaheim permits where the city recorded the owner as the builder are flagged as owner-builder.
- A busy week gets you all of it and a quiet week gets you all of it. There is no cap and there is no padding — the number moves because the City’s week moved.
